About the Role: 
We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Electrician to join our team at Adams Power in Mosinee, WI. As a Residential Service Electrician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our residential customers, ensuring their homes are safe and powered efficiently. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
  • Ensure all work is in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
  • Valid WI Residential Journeyman Electrician's License -or- meet the required DWD approved hours and ready to test
  • HS Diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record the past 5-years
  • Proven experience as a residential electrician
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
Schedule: 
The schedule for this role is primarily Monday – Friday, day-time hours. Later hours and weekends may be required depending on our workload and the needs/schedules of our customers/clients. 
 
Pay & Benefits:
Adams offers a competitive pay rate for this role ranging between $27 - $40 per hour plus full benefits that includes Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, as well as Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurances.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires consistent heavy lifting of up to 75 pounds, in addition to possibly climbing onto roofs and/or tall buildings as well as attics and crawl spaces. You may need to use a bucket lift for some projects, elevated in the air. Additionally, you may be required to dig/trench outside in increment weather as needed for projects. All safety measures will be taken and proper PPE (personal protective equipment) will be used in accordance with OSHA standards. 


 
Compensation: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
