Join Adams Power as a Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician and take your career to the next level! In this role, you'll lead a team in delivering top-notch HVAC solutions to our valued customers in Elkhorn, WI, while ensuring quality and efficiency in every installation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute residential/light commercial HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance on best practices.
- Conduct site assessments and determine equipment needs for optimal heating and cooling solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues during installation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
