Join Adams Power as a Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician and take your career to the next level! In this role, you'll lead a team in delivering top-notch HVAC solutions to our valued customers in Elkhorn, WI, while ensuring quality and efficiency in every installation. 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Oversee and execute residential/light commercial HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct site assessments and determine equipment needs for optimal heating and cooling solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service records.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues during installation.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
  • Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
