We are adding a Senior Marketing Manager to our on-site team in Elkhorn, WI.
 
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across all Adams’ service lines - including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, smart tech, and home backup generators. This role oversees all aspects of marketing for our consumer and our commercial/industrial efforts, including campaign development, digital strategy, content creation, media buying, performance analytics/reporting and external communications. The Senior Marketing Manager closely collaborates with sales and operations to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and reflect the company’s core values. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of marketing experience in home services or construction trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar) or related industries required. Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing, SEO, CRM, and analytics tools is key. Knowledge of ServiceTitan a plus. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders required. 
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions under pressure required. 
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide teams through accountability and positive team culture required. 
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a willingness to travel to job sites is required.  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (as related to our Company Core Values):

  • Maintain transparency in campaign performance reporting and budget usage. 
  • Uphold compliance with advertising regulations and data privacy standards.

  • Oversee the creation and promotion of employee-driven content. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners. 
  • Oversee and support on-site Marketing team with their day-to-day activities as well as their growth and development through training and mentorship in marketing best practices.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service to align messaging and campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with industry partners and community organizations for co-branded initiatives. 
  • Build referral and review programs to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.

  • Bring creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to campaign development and problem-solving. 
  • Embrace feedback and continuously seek ways to improve marketing effectiveness. 
  • Champion a customer-first approach in all messaging and outreach efforts. 
Excellence: 
  • Define and lead execution for Adams’ yearly Marketing planning and strategy creation. 
  • Lead campaign messaging and creative as well as budgeting and performance reporting for our multi-channel marketing tactics (TV, radio, digital, print, events, etc.) to drive leads and revenue. 
  • Oversee website content, SEO strategy, and social media presence. Ensure readiness for future changes facing digital advertising, i.e. AI tools, etc. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. 
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials. 
Stewardship: 
  • Manage the marketing budget with discipline and strategic prioritization. 
  • Track and report on key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer engagement. 
  • Ensure marketing efforts contribute to long-term brand equity and community impact.

The pay range for this position is based on recent, relevant experience in a specific Marketing role, with proven success generating leads with consumer goods & services. Physical Demands: 
This position is based in our Elkhorn office and involves standard computer and phone use. The role also requires travel for events, vendor meetings, and employee & customer engagement. The ability to move between our six locations is necessary. 
 
Work Environment: 
The position is primarily office based. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or respond to urgent issues.
